Kal Mansur is a visual artist specializing in acrylic sculpture. His work is borne out of a love of architecture and kinship with Minimalism.For many, the materials chosen limit the artist’s creation. Kal Mansur is an exception. He has broken the limit barrier; for him, acrylic is as elastic as rubber, as malleable as clay. His creative intent pushes this rigid material beyond the usual borders of possibility. His work deconstructs the functionality of light and space, re-formulating them into objects that can speak, whisper, scream and testify.
